Hashbrown Casserole

  • 1 Bacon crumbles

• Canned Goods

  • 2 10.75 oz cans Cream of onion soup, condensed
  • 1 32 oz package Hash, frozen

• Dairy

  • 2 cups Cheddar
  • 1 16 oz container Sour cream

Ingredients

• 32 oz package frozen hash browns (I use the diced potatoes, but shredded would work too)
• 2 – 10.75 oz cans condensed cream of onion soup (really any cream soup can be substituted here)
• 16 oz container sour cream
• 2 cups shredded cheddar
• Bacon crumbles (optional)

Directions

• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
• Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
• In a large bowl, mix all ingredients
• Spread evenly into baking dish
• Top with bacon crumbles if desired
• Bake for 1 hour or until bubbly and cheese is starting to brown
• Serve immediately.
