    • 1/2 cup Coconut milk - i like aroy-d coconut milk
  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 1 tbsp Mct oil or extra virgin coconut oil
  • Frozen

    • 1/2 cup Water + few ice cubes
  • Other

    • 2 tbsp Erythritol or 5-8 drops liquid stevia extract
    • ½ tsp vanilla powder or 1 tsp unsweetened vanilla extract

Packed with superfoods, this keto smoothie is a healthy breakfast option for your ketogenic eating. It's low in carbs, high in healthy fats and high in magnesium and potassium which makes it great for keto flu!

Directions

  • Halve the avocado and remove the seed.
  • Place everything in a blender: scooped avocado flesh, spinach, coconut milk, water, vanilla, matcha (if used), Erythritol and MCT oil (I use a Kenwood blender).
  • Add ice (if used) and pulse until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
