  • 1/4 cup Hibiscus flowers, Dried

• Condiments

  • 13 oz Simple syrup

• Liquids

  • 7 oz Water, Pure filtered

• Other

  • 6 oz Everclear®

Directions

• Combine hibiscus, Everclear® and water in a sealable quart-sized container.
• Seal and let steep for 1 to 2 hours. Tasting every half hour.
• Once steeped to taste, strain infusion into a clean container.
• Add simple syrup.
• Stir, bottle and enjoy.
