Homemade Anything Spare Meat Feast Pizza

  • 50 g Bacon
  • 100 g Chicken breast
  • 50 g Chorizo

  • 1 Oregano

  • 3 tbsp Tomato sauce, homemade

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 Pizza dough, homemade
  • 1 Salt & pepper

  • 200 g Cheddar cheese

• Homemade Pizza Dough (get the recipe here)
• 3Tbsp Homemade Tomato Sauce (get the recipe here)
• 200g Cheddar Cheese
• 50g Mushrooms (sliced)
• 100g Chicken Breast (shredded)
• 50g Chorizo (thinly sliced)
• 50g Bacon (sliced)
• Oregano (sprinkle it over the top)
• Salt & Pepper

Directions

• Start by rolling out your pizza dough and placing it onto your pizza tray. Using a large spoon smother the top of your dough with the homemade tomato sauce.
• Add a layer of grated cheese (1/2 the amount above) and then layer your pizza with your meat toppings. Once done add a final layer of cheese and sprinkle of oregano along with salt and pepper.
• Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180c or until it is fully cooked.
• Serve with salad and fries.
