Description

Ingredients

• 1 cup natural applesauce (or chopped apple)
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon parsley
• 1 cup cold water
• ½ cup coconut oil (or olive oil)
• 5 cup brown rice flour
• ½ cup powdered milk (or dry, uncooked cream of wheat)
• 2 large organic eggs

Directions

• Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
• Combine the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
• In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients (eggs, coconut oil, water, applesauce)
• Gently mix the dry and wet ingredients.
• Knead the mix with your hands until it forms a dough.
• Refrigerate the dough for about two hours, or until its chilled enough to make it easier to work with. You can also chill overnight.
• Using your hand or a spoon, scoop out balls of the mix, roll into treats, then flatten with your hand.
• Place them on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes
• Cool and store in airtight container
