Ingredients

  • 1 part hemp seeds
  • 1 part raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 part raw sunflower seeds
  • ½ part flax meal
  • ¼ part chia seeds

Directions

  • Grind all ingredients separately in a coffee grinder or spice grinder. You want a fine powder so a food processor or blender may not work (depending on your model) - be sure not to over-process, either.
  • Combine all ingredients in a jar with lid and store in the refrigerator or better yet, freezer.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoon of this protein powder to smoothies, porridge or anything else you would normally add protein powder to. Enjoy!
