Honey Dijon Glazed Pork Chop

• 1 package UNCLE BEN’S® 5 Grain Medley, Quinoa Pilaf
• 4 boneless pork chops
• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

• Season pork chops with salt and pepper as desired. Grill, bake or pan sear pork chops to desired doneness. Prepare rice according to package instructions. In a small saucepan, add honey, Dijon mustard and butter. Over medium heat stir mixture often until a glaze forms, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand until pork chops are done. Apply glaze to pork chops and serve with rice. Tasty Tip: Serve with your favorite vegetable such as sautéed spinach or asparagus.
