• 2 Can (12 oz) sweet corn ( drained )
• 2 jalapeno peppers ( seeded & minced )
• 2 green onion ( chopped )
• 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese ( shredded ) 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon chili powder dash hot sauce to taste salt and pepper Directions In small crockpot, mix all ingredients & cook on low for about 2-3 hours. Serve with tortilla scoop chips. Servings 10
