    • 3 tbsp Lemon juice

    • 1 Pinch Salt
    • 1 Dash Vanilla extract
  • Dairy

    • 1/3 cup Cottage cheese, low fat
  • Frozen

    • 1 cup Ice
  • Other

    • Rounded ¼ tsp. glucomannan

THM:FP, low carb, low fat, sugar free, gluten/nut free - my healthy version of a Chick-fil-A Frosted Lemonade!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • ⅓ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (use carton coconut milk for a nut free version)
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • Rounded ¼ tsp. glucomannan
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder (a doonk is 1/32 tsp.)
  • ½ scoop whey protein powder

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Feel free to add more ice for a thicker shake. Adjust sweetener to taste, if needed (I like mine fairly tart).
