Ingredients

• 1 c milk
• 2 Tbsp margarine or butter,softened
• 1/4 tsp almond extract
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 c bisquick mix
• 1/4 c granulated sugar
• 21 oz can cherry pie filling
• 2 Tbsp firm margarine or butter
• 1/2 c bisquick mix
• 1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

• 1Pie: Heat oven to 400^. Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Beat all ingredients, except the pie filling and Streusel until smooth, about 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Spoon pie filling evenly over top. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with streusel. Bake until streusel is brown, about 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack. --- Streusel: Cut butter into the Bisquick,sugar and cinnamon until crumbly.
