Infused Vodka Recipes

  • 1 Clementine
  • 1/4 cup Cranberries, fresh
  • 1 1 1/2 inch slice Grapefruit
  • 1 3-inch strip Removed with a vegetable peeler, orange zest
  • 1 sprig Rosemary, Fresh

  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 4 Cloves

  • 5 Full size peppermint candy canes

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 4 1/2 cups Vodka

Ingredients

• 1 3-inch strip of orange zest (removed with a vegetable peeler)
• 1/4 cup fresh cranberries, halved
• 4 cloves
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 1/2 cups vodka
• 1 sprig fresh rosemary
• 1 clementine, sliced
• 1 1/2 inch slice of grapefruit, rind and pith removed
• 1 1/2 cups vodka
• 5 full size peppermint candy canes, crushed
• 1 1/2 cups vodka

Directions

• Cranberry Orange Vodka Combine all ingredients in a quart sized mason jar and screw on lid. Allow mixture to infuse for 2-4 days, shaking 1-2 times a day. After vodka is infused, strain out all solids through a cheesecloth and decant into a fresh bottle or jar. Citrus Rosemary Vodka   Combine all ingredients in a quart sized mason jar and screw on lid. Allow mixture to infuse for 2-4 days, shaking 1-2 times a day. After vodka is infused, strain out all solids through a cheesecloth and decant into a fresh bottle or jar. Candy Cane Vodka Combine all ingredients in a quart sized mason jar and screw on lid. Allow mixture to infuse for about 30 minutes. After vodka is infused, strain out all solids through a cheese cloth and decant into a fresh bottle or jar.
