Kiwi Mojito

  • 1/2 cup Kiwi
  • 1 Lime wheel
  • 3 Mint, leaves

• Condiments

  • 1/2 oz Lime juice, fresh
  • 1/2 oz Mint syrup

• Frozen

  • 1 Ice

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 2 oz Rum, light

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup peeled and coarsely chopped kiwi
• 3 mint leaves
• 1/2 ounce Mint Syrup
• Ice
• 2 ounces light rum
• 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 lime wheel

Directions

• In a mini food processor, puree the kiwi until smooth, then refrigerate until needed. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the Mint Syrup. Fill the shaker with ice, then add the rum, lime juice and kiwi puree. Shake vigorously and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with the lime wheel.
