    • 1 2/3 tbsp Tarragon
  • Refrigerated

    • 1 Egg
  • Condiments

    • 1 tsp Lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp Mayo
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground
    • 1/4 tsp Sea salt, ground
  • Bread & Baked Goods

    • 1/2 cup Panko

Ingredients

  • For the Salmon Cake:
  • 1 7.5oz can Premium Salmon
  • ½ cup Panko (I used gluten free)
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ tsp ground Sea Salt
  • ¼ tsp ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Shallot finely chopped (about 2 Tbs)
  • Juice from half a Lemon (about 2 Tbs)
  • 1 Tbs Tarragon
  • For the Tartar Sauce:
  • 2 Tbs Mayo
  • 2 tsp Tarragon
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Directions

  • In a large bowl add together all ingredients for the Salmon Cakes.
  • Form into 2 patties.
  • Heat a 9 inch grill pan over med/high heat.
  • When hot, add the Salmon Cakes.
  • Cook 4 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with Tartar Sauce.
  • For the Tartar Sauce, mix Mayo, Tarragon, and Lemon Juice.
  • Top Salmon Cakes.
  • Enjoy!
