  • 1 tbsp White vinegar

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, non-fat
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Ingredients

• 2 large garlic cloves
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp white vinegar
• ¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
• ½ cup extra virgin olive oil + 2 Tbsp
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp anchovy paste (or 1 anchovy fillet)
• ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
• Fresh cracked pepper
• (Salt optional)

Directions

• Combine all ingredients (except salt) in a blender and pulse several times, until all well blended and smooth.
• Taste before deciding to all salt as anchovy paste is pretty salty.
• Refrigerate until ready to use.
