We took this holiday favorite one step further and made it healthy with good fats and a protein boost! Low Carb Peppermint Protein Fudge Yep, you read that right. This fudge is low carb (only 3g of carbs) and delivers 4g of protein per bite. Not too shabby for dessert! Thanks to IdealLean chocolate brownie protein, we were able to cut the sugars and carbs in this recipe! Most traditional fudge is filled with processed sugar and unhealthy fats. Not this recipe! We replaced all that sugar with healthy fats and sweetened it with just a bit of honey. This is a super easy recipe to make too. Simply melt all the ingredients, let it set, and you’re ready to eat! Coconut oil is considered a healthy saturated fat because of its medium chain triglycerides. This means that coconut oil: Is easier to digest, putting less strain on the digestive system.
