  • 1/2 oz Mint simple syrup

Directions

• Combine white rum, orange curacao, orange juice, lime juice, mint simple syrup and ½ cup of ice into shaker.Shake hard to combine and chill ingredients and strain into hi-ball glass over fresh ice.Float coconut cream.Garnish with mint sprig.
• Combine water, sugar and mint leaves in a small saucepan.Bring to boil and then simmer until sugar is dissolved and mint is infused.Leave for 5 minutes to cool.
