Ingredients

  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup pistachios
  • 5 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1½ cups almond milk
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  • Grind the walnuts and pistachios in the blender.
  • Add the dates and blend together until creamy.
  • Add the almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
  • Add the banana and ice and blend.
  • Serves: 2 cups
