Directions

  • Cut the mango into small cubes
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut and yogurt , chia seeds, coconut flakes and maple syrup, vanilla extract until well combined. Place in the refrigerator over night.
  • To serve, layer the mango and chia pudding mixture in a serving dish. Be creative! Top with extra shredded coconut and mango.
  • Serves: 8 puddings
