Maryland Crab Roll Ups

  • 1 8 oz. package Cream cheese

Ingredients

• 5 large, Burrito sized flour tortillas
• 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
• ⅓ cup mayonnaise
• ⅔ cup finely chopped red pepper
• ¼ cup finely chopped green onion
• ⅔ cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ tsp. Old Bay seasoning
• 8 oz. lump crab meat

Directions

• With a hand mixer, mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in pepper, green onion, cheddar cheese and Old Bay. Fold in the crab meat.
• Spread a thin layer of the crab mixture onto each tortilla. Tightly roll the tortillas up and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 3 hours or overnight. Cut into ¾ inch slices. Sprinkle with more Old Bay, if desired.
