Ingredients

• 24 RITZ Fresh Stacks Italian Herb Crackers
• 3 slices (1 oz. each) Genoa salami, each cut into 4 pieces
• 4 slices (3/4 oz. each) deli ham, each cut into 3 pieces
• 2 slices (3/4 oz. each) provolone cheese, each cut into 6 pieces
• 2 Roma tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
• 1/2 cup finely shredded lettuce
• 2 Tbsp. creamy Italian dressing
• 1 Tbsp. finely chopped red pepper

Directions

• Cover  each of 12 crackers with 1 piece EACH salami, ham and cheese.
• Top  with remaining ingredients.
• Cover  with remaining crackers to make 12 sandwiches.
