  • 3/4 cup Oat flour, packed
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup oat flour, packed
• 1/4 cup quick oats
• 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3/4 cup peanut butter, salted (no added sugar)
• 4 tablespoon applesauce
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 30-40 dark chocolate chips

Directions

• Preheat over to 350F. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine oat flour, quick oats, brown sugar and baking powder. Add in peanut butter, applesauce and vanilla. Mix until a dough is formed. Roll dough into 30-40 small balls. Use the back of a fork to slightly flatten the cookies. Bake for 7 minutes, they will seem underdone. Remove from oven and allow to cool 3 minutes on the cookie sheet. Press one chocolate chip into the top of each cookie. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack to cool completely.
