  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon of red pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 single serve packets of powder miso soup
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Directions

  • In a slow cooker add all the ingredients. Cook for 6-8 hours. Serve with bread or crackers (gluten free).
