These Mocha Overnight Oats are the perfect combination of coffee and chocolate to get you going in the morning! Best of all, this breakfast can be prepared the night before!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey/agave/maple syrup

Directions

  • Pour oats into a jar or plastic container that comes with a lid.
  • Pour in Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, brewed coffee, cocoa powder, and your choice of honey/agave/maple syrup.
  • Put the lid on tightly and shake to combine.
  • Place the container of oats into the refrigerator and allow to chill overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  • Once chilled, the oats will be softened and have absorbed most of the liquid, serve and enjoy!
