I found the original recipe on Pinterest and made some changes to make it my own. I made it for the first time on Easter Sunday and the family loved it!

Ingredients

  • 6-8 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 6 1/2 oz pesto
  • 1.5 - 2 c chicken broth
  • 1 pkg ranch powder mix
  • 1 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • 1Place Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast in a Crock Pot. Spread Pesto evenly as possible on all visible surfaces of the Chicken. 2Sprinkle the Dry Ranch Mix over Chicken. Pour the Chicken Broth over Chicken. Drop stick of Butter in the middle. 3Heat on Low for 6 - 8 hours or High for 3 - 4 hours. Sprinkle with Mozzarella before serving.
