  • 1 Roma tomato, small

• Condiments

  • 1 16 oz chili beans in sauce can
  • 1 30 oz can Tomato sauce

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper optional
  • 1/4 cup Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt & pepper

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 2 tsp Cumin, ground

• Liquids

  • 1 cups Water
