One Pot Instant Pot Asiago chicken with Mushroom Risotto

Ingredients

• 1 pound thinly cut chicken breast
• ½ cup flour
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup white wine
• 2 cloves chopped garlic
• 2 cups Arborio rice
• 8 oz sliced Bella mushrooms
• 2 tbs butter
• 1 cup milk
• 6 oz Asiago Cheese

Directions

• coat raw chicken with flour and set aside. Place Instant pot on saute Add butter, and garlic cook till garlic is translucent but dont burn butter about 1 minute. Add mushroom, wine, and broth. Add rice and place chicken on top. Close the lid and place on manual high pressure for 10 minutes. do a quick release. Stir in milk and Asiago cheese. Stir and Serve.
