Parmesan Tuna Melts

  • 1 Tomato

• Condiments

  • 2 tbsp Dill relish
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp Mayonaise, light

  • 3 Sandwich rolls

  • 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Ingredients

• 2 (5oz) Cans of tuna (we used light)
• 4 Tablespoons light mayonaise
• 2 Tablespoons dill relish
• 1 Teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• 1 Tomato sliced
• 3/4 Cup mozzarella cheese
• 3 sandwich rolls

Directions

• Preheat broiler on oven to medium heat.
• In a bowl, mix together tuna, relish, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, and garlic salt.
• Slice the rolls in half and place 3 halves on a baking sheet.
• Spread tuna mixture over sliced rolls.
• Top with sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
• Broil sandwiches for 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread begins to turn golden.
• Top sandwich with other half of bread and broil for 2 more minutes.
• Enjoy!
