Ingredients

  • 1 large peach (or 2 small)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream or coconut milk (2 tbsp for topping)
  • 2- 3 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein powder (LivFit Plant Protein)- See notes for other options
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • (extra peach slices for topping)

Directions

  • First blend the peaches, milk, cream, agaves, protein, and cinnamon, and vanilla together.
  • Pour into large container. Add in your chia see and mix all together.
  • Let it sit for 20-30 minutes or overnight to really expand into a pudding.
  • Remove and spoon into cups or bowls.
  • Add a splash of coconut cream on top, sliced peaches, a drizzle of agave on top of each cup if desired.
  • Enjoy!
