  • 4 tsp Vanilla extract

Ingredients

• *Cake
• 1 box Cake Mix + additional ingredients per box instructions (eggs, oil, water)
• *Frosting
• 1 cup butter- room temperature
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 4 tsp vanilla extract
• 2-4 tbsp French Vanilla coffee creamer
• 5-7 cups confectioners sugar

Directions

• Mix, prepare & bake cupcakes to package directions
• Cool completely on wire rack & prepare frosting
• *Frosting
• Beat butter & peanut butter in mixer with whip attachment until creamy
• Add in vanilla & creamer
• Slowly beat in 3 cups confectioners sugar & slowly add in more until you reach desired consistency
• **Note- if you add too much you can thin out with a couple extra tsp of creamer
