Description

Makes one snack-sized serving (frosts 3-4 small cupcakes).

Ingredients

1 scoop natural vanilla whey protein powder (32g)
¼ cup PB2 powdered peanut butter (24g)
a dash of ground cinnamon (optional)
2-3 tablespoons filtered water

Directions

Mix all ingredients, starting with 2 tablespoons of filtered water. Add more by the teaspoon, if necessary.
