    • 3 tbsp Raspberry vinegar
  • Nuts & Seeds

    • 3 tbsp Walnuts, toasted
  • Dairy

    • 2 tbsp Goat cheese or blue cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 handfuls of mixed baby greens
  • 1 fresh pear, cored and thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons toasted walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese or blue cheese, optional
  • 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  • Whisk together olive oil and vinegar to make vinaigrette. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss together baby greens, sliced pears, cranberries, walnuts and cheese (if using).
  • Drizzle vinaigrette over salad and toss. Serve.
