  • 12 oz Barilla penne

Ingredients

• 12 ounces Barilla Penne
• 4 Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage Links (one package)
• 1 jar Barilla Alfredo Sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 small tomatoes - diced
• 2 cups loosely packed fresh spinach- rough cut
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese for garnish

Directions

• Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
• While pasta cooks, slice the sausage into rounds and cook in the skillet until browned
• Dice & chop the tomatoes & spinach
• Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or pot
• Sprinkle with cheese when serving
