Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. can Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 5 Medjool Dates, pitted
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ½ tsp Peppermint Extract

Directions

  • Bring water in a small pot to a boil
  • Once water is boiling, places dates in the pot for 1 minute
  • Remove dates from water and add them to a blender or food processor
  • Add coconut milk, cocoa powder, and peppermint extract and blend until smooth
  • Use immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for 7-9 days
  • Serves: ~1 cup
