Description
Ive found that using light cream cheese in the filling makes for a hard and messy to cut pumpkin roll, so I use full fat cream cheese. Also, this is a great make-ahead treat! It can be made several days in advance and kept in the refrigerator or even frozen for several months. This is my favorite jelly roll pan and these are the thin towels I use (not just for pumpkin rolls; I use them every day in my kitchen).
