Philly Cheese Steak Queso Dip

  • 1/4 cup Onions
  • 1/2 cup Red and green peppers

Directions

• Saute the onions and peppers in the olive oil until tender. Add the roast beef and green chilis and stir until heated through. Set aside.
• In a large sauce pan combine the cheese and milk over medium heat. Stir until melted and creamy. Stir in the beef mixture and pepper. Serve with baguette slices or chips.
