Pineapple Lemon Martini

  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice, Fresh Squeezed

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 3 Ice cubes

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 3 oz Vodka

• Liquids

Ingredients

• ¾ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 4½ oz pineapple juice
• 3 oz vodka
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tbsp hot water + ½ Tbsp sugar to make simple syrup
• Lemon twist for garnish
• Few ice cubes

Directions

• Stir ½ tbsp of white water and ½ tbsp of sugar together in the shaker until sugar is melted.
• Add all remaining ingredients into the shaker and a few ice cubes.
• Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
• Rub lemon twist along the glass rim, garnish with lemon twist and enjoy!
