Pineapple Mojitos

  • 1 Lime cut into 8, wedges
  • 10 Mint, large fresh Leaves

  • 4 tsp Simple syrup

  • 1 Splash Club soda
  • 6 oz Pineapple juice

• Frozen

  • 1 Ice

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 3 oz Rum, White

Ingredients

• 1 Lime cut into 8 wedges
• 4 tsp Simple Syrup
• 10-12 large fresh Mint Leaves
• 3oz White Rum
• 6oz Pineapple Juice
• Splash of Club Soda
• Ice
• (This recipe is for 2 cocktails using Mason Jar Mugs which are a bit bigger than regular drinking glasses. You may need to adjust the recipe accordingly if youre using smaller glasses.)

Directions

• Add Limes, Mint, and Simple Syrup dividing evenly into 2 Mason Jar Mugs.
• Muddle this mixture together for about 20 seconds.
• Fill the Mason Jars about ¾ full with ice.
• Add 1½ oz Rum to each mug.
• Add 3oz Pineapple Juice to each mug, and top with a splash of Club Soda.
• Add chunks of Pineapple for garnish.
• Enjoy!
