Pineapple Peach Mojito

  • 1 Lime, Juice of
  • 10 Mint, leaves
  • 1 Peach, Ripe
  • 1 Pineapple, slices

  • 1 Club soda
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple juice

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 2 oz Rum, White

Ingredients

• 1 ripe peach, skin removed and sliced
• 10 mint leaves
• juice of 1 lime
• 1/2 cup pineapple juice
• 2 ounces white rum
• club soda, chilled
• pineapple slices for garnish

Directions

• Divide the peach slices, mint leaves, lime juice and 1/4 cup pineapple juice between two glasses. Use a muddler or spoon to crush the peaches and mint leaves to release the mint oils and juice from the peach. Divide rum between glasses. Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with remaining pineapple juice and club soda. Garnish with pineapple slices. Enjoy.
