Pizza Dip Stuffed Bread

  • 1 cup Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Ingredients

• 1 loaf French bread
• 1 8 oz block cream cheese
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
• 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp. garlic powder
• ½ of a 14 oz. jar pizza sauce

Directions

• Prepare French bread by cutting around the top with a serrated bread knife using a downward angle
• Set aside top of bread.
• Mix together softened cream cheese, mayo, ½ cup mozzarella and ¼ cup Parmesan cheeses, Italian seasoning and garlic powder until well blended.
• Spoon and spread cheese mixture into bottom of bread.
• Top with ½ jar pizza sauce on top of cheese.
• Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
• Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
• While its baking, cut top of bread into chunks for dipping.
• Serve warm.
