  • 2 oz Sprouts pomegranate italian soda

• Condiments

  • 1/2 oz Lime juice, freshly squeezed

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 Lime and sugar

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 4 oz Prosecco

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Sprouts Pomegranate Italian Soda
• 1 oz. gin
• ½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
• 4 oz. prosecco (can also use champagne or any other sparkling white wine), chilled
• Additional lime and sugar, for garnish

Directions

• Cut a lime into quarters. Squeeze the lime juice into a shallow bowl.
• Sprinkle sugar onto a plate, and set aside.
• Dip the rim of the glass into the lime juice, the immediately dip it into the sugar.
• Repeat until all the glasses are rimmed with sugar.
• Pour the Sprouts Pomegranate Italian Soda into a champagne glass/flute.
• Measure the gin and the freshly squeezed lime juice, and pour into the glass.
• Top the drink with the prosecco, and enjoy immediately!
