Pomegranate Lemon Fizz

  • 1 Lemon, slices
  • 3 oz Pomegranate, juice
  • 1 Pomegranate arils

• Condiments

  • 2 oz Lemon simple syrup

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 3 oz Lemon vodka

• Other

  • 4-5 oz sparkling soda

Description

Ingredients

• 3 oz Lemon Vodka (plain is fine too)
• 3 oz pomegranate juice
• 2 oz lemon simple syrup (see notes)
• 4-5 oz sparkling soda
• Lemon Slices
• Pomegranate Arils (optional)

Directions

• Chill 2 cocktail glasses in the freezer.
• Mix the vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice and pomegranate juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until ice cold.
• Remove glasses from the freezer and fill with ice. Pour the mixture into 2 glasses and top with sparkling soda.
• Garnish with a lemon slice and pom arils.
