Pomegranate Margarita ~ The Best Margarita Ever

  • 1 Lime, wedges
  • 1 1/2 cups Pomegranate, juice
  • 1 Pomegranate seeds

• Condiments

  • 2/3 cup Lime juice, fresh

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 Margarita salt or kosher salt

• Frozen

  • 1 Ice cubes

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1 1/2 cups Silver tequila
  • 1 cup Triple sec

Directions

• Pour a small amount of pomegranate juice in a small shallow bowl or plate. Spread the salt on a small plate. Moisten the outer edges of 4 margarita glasses with the pomegranate juice, then coat with the salt.
• In a small pitcher mix the 1 ½ cups of chilled pomegranate juice, tequila, triple sec and lime juice. Mix to combine.
• Fill margarita glasses with ice cubes, pour the pomegranate margarita and garnish with lime wedges and pomegranate seeds.
