Ingredients

  • 1½ cup Old Fashioned Traditional Oats
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Chocolate Chunks (or Chocolate Chips)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ⅛ tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees; spray an 8x8 square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  • Mix peanut butter, protein powder, pumpkin puree, and honey together in a mixing bowl.
  • Add egg and mix.
  • Stir in oats, vanilla extract, & baking soda and mix well.
  • Put dough in pan and firmly press the dough in using the back of a spoon.
  • Place in oven and bake for 10-12 mins.
  • Take out of oven and let cool. Cut into 9 squares and store in an airtight container or wrap individually and store.
