Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl stir together cookie dough and cocoa powder until combined (knead if necessary). Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Dip balls in milk, then roll in chocolate sprinkles; place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet. Bake about 8 minutes or until edges are firm. Immediately press a chocolate kiss into each cookies center. Remove; cool on a wire rack.
