  • 1 cup Raspberries, frozen

Ingredients

• 6 frozen bananas, sliced
• 1 cup frozen raspberries

Directions

• Slice the frozen bananas. Add them to your blender. Using the end of a hard plastic spoon or a wooden spoon, crush the bananas down into the blender.
• Start blending, stopping along the way to assist your blender with air pockets by moving the banana mixture down to the bottom of the blender.
• Blend until smooth.
• Add the frozen raspberries and blend until smooth again.
• You can eat it as is in it’s soft serve consistency or freeze it for a few hours (with plastic wrap over the top) and scoop it out onto a cone or into a cup. Enjoy!
