Raspberry Whiskey Sour

• Refrigerated

  • 3/4 oz Egg whites

• Condiments

  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup

• Drinks

  • 2 oz Soda water

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 3 dashes Peychauds bitters
  • 1/2 oz Raspberry liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz Rye whiskey

Directions

• Combine everything except soda water and bitters into a shaker tin. Dry shake.
• Add ice and shake once again.
• Strain into a Collins glass that has been half-filled with ice
• Top with soda water
• Add three dashes of bitters to the top of the cocktail.
