  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 100 g | ½ cup fresh coconut meat and 1 dcl fresh coconut water (1 young Thai coconut)
  • 100 g | ⅘ cups dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

Directions

  • In a food processor mix dates, add coconut flakes, carob and vanilla and mix until it sticks together.
  • Form balls then press down a little bit and make a hole in the middle. I used an apple corer which makes perfect little holes. :)
  • For the glaze mix everything in a blender until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
  • Serves: 7-8 donuts
