  • 1 Egg white

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 1 lb Pecans

Ingredients

• 1 lb of pecans {halved - not pieces}
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 egg white

Directions

• Whip egg white until stiff.
• Add in pecans and toss to coat.
• Combine sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a lage ziplock bag.
• Add pecans, seal bag, and shake to coat.
• Spread coated pecans onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
• Bake at 250 for 1 hour.
• Allow to cool and then break apart to serve as a snack!
