Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Rinse the cauliflower and cut it up into florets.
  • Place the olive oil, minced garlic, curry powder, Garam Masala, and salt in a large bowl and whisk together.
  • Add the cauliflower florets and stir to coat.
  • Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, then increase the heat to 425 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes more.
  • Serve hot.
