Description

Directions

• Slice sausage into 1 inch pieces. Place in large zipper bag.
• Slice peppers and onion into bite size pieces. Add to zipper bag.
• Add the next 3 ingredients into the zipper bag. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
• Pour sausage mixture onto baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with non stick spray. Bake at 400 degrees 20 - 25 minutes.
• Serve with green salad.
